What are the consequences if they "did it"? I assume they still get to play in the Super Bowl?

It's a minimum fine of $25,000, which is obviously nothing in NFL terms so that should tell you how little they view the infraction on face value. Expectation though is that due to history, Goodell will be pressure to add a bit more. Best case is a fine plus loss of a draft pick, worst case is Belichick is suspended for the Super Bowl.
