Eh, I don't think he was saying it's unconstitutional to talk over the President, just that it's rude, and that he should show deferrence to the constitutionally-designated head of state. I don't really agree, but that's my interpretation of what he said.

I got that too. I didn't feel like he was saying that it is unconstitutional it's just the usual "respect the President" whining.

I also feel this should be moved to the General forum.
