Yes, Obama would have won, with 1,790,324 votes, or 52.8% of the vote. McCain would have received 1,543,443 votes, or 45.5% percent. Of course, had Cook County been in in Indiana, Obama would likely been a senator from Indiana and not Illinois, which changes the entire picture, but that's besides the point...
