I've no doubt that King had his valid reasons for voting against it, but you don't think it shows him to be a tactless asshole that in six years in Congress, his favorite vote was this one?

Don't you think it was a difficult vote to make?  I don't know enough about the man to judge his character, but I think this vote showed that he has backbone.

Or that he doesn't care about black people. Meh. He was a proven dolt already.
