He won by three points in a state Romney won by ten, so one strategy would be to find out what his Democratic opponent used.

He's also very socially conservative, so he's vulnerable to those attacks.

There was a lot of bad blood in the state GOP over the defeat of Lugar
It suggests significant weakness in an open election.
