Actually Hillary's brother, Tony Rodham & his influence peddling. Having George W. Bush in the background could be an opportunity to neutralize any negative after taste of his presidency, similar to John Kennedy addressing protestant ministers in Houston on the issue of his Catholicism,  Jeb can afford to allow his brother's political ghost exorcized in Cleveland, effectively moving beyond Dubya's record and being enabled to focus on the issue of Clinton's dishonesty and Obama's presidency.
