Any chance they could break for Edwards at the convention and dump Kerry? Much like the Republicans did to Roosevelt?

Sadly not... but there is always hope Smiley

Not that it matters much, but did anyone notice that Edwards won the NC Caucus?  51% to Kerry's 27%.  Delegates go: Edwards 56, Kerry 30, Kucinich 4. BTW, the primary originally scheduled for May 4 was cancelled.

Yep, I saw about this, pretty cool, will help Edwards with his chances for VP imo.

Good point... then again Dean did win VT by a similar margin, that said Dean had exited the race only a week or so before hand, Edwards has been out for ages...he should get the VP slot imho...Evan Bayh could also be good... what worries me is Kerry choosing Gephardt as his VP... he's not the worst choice for VP, but he a very uninspiring and unoriginal choice who wont do much for broadening Kerry's appeal...
