I could see a brief boomlet for him if Warren bows out conclusively (as I believe she will - she's a policy wonk, not a true politician). The progressives will be seeking someone to embrace, and I don't think Sanders is a perfect fit.
I doubt he'll actually run, though. Too much to lose, relatively little chance of success. And if he was to somehow win the nomination, very little likely awaits him besides a painful loss to any Republican better than the likes of Carson, Cain, or Santorum.
