If you have a penis, get to the men's room; if you don't have a penis, use the women's room (or, honestly, whatever room you'd like to, 'cuz men generally don't care if women want to use their facilities). My guess is that the person in the photo from Indy was born with both sets of genitals, which means that "he" should use the men's room ('cuz if you have both, than you have a penis).

No. This is an adult film star who was born a woman and who transitioned to becoming a man via surgery and hormone therapy, but who did not have any kind of genital alteration. So basically, he is a man in every regard except his genitals. There are a lot of transpeople who are in this situation because genital surgery is often one of the most expensive, invasive and risky parts of gender reassignment surgery. (Or some just want to keep the "OEM" parts down there.)
