Why is Plymouth more R leaning than the rest of the state!?

It's the most exurban part of the state, and the exurbs are really the only part of New England that's R-leaning, since unlike the rest of the country the rural areas vote D.

Worcester has a bunch of exurbs, but it also has Worcester.  And many of Boston's northern exurbs are actually southern New Hampshire.
