Pretty centrist overall, with a slight lean to the right on taxes and regulation (i.e. generally against them, but more willing to be pragmatic the House GOP caucus).  Haven't seen him really ever express a view on social issues, so I'll assume a live-and-let-live attitude that doesn't care for culture warriors of either side.  Would probably be a moderate Republican if they still existed.
