I support it, it's not as important as the rear, but still helps. Here in Ottawa, we can always tell if a car is from Quebec if it lacks a front license plate. Ontario has them, but not Quebec.

I would imagine nothing. It's only for in-state cars. As I explained- here in Ottawa you always know if a car is from Quebec if it lacks a front plate.
