Lamrock's vote, upon a challenge has been counted. The vote for Benconstine however shall not be counted. If anyone wishes to accept write ins, they must be done in the appropriate thread.

I would like to see some precedent before making a final decision.

However legally, what's to stop Marokai from just editing his registration? That's something I have a concern about, actually. We need some new laws.

that seems to be proof enough. I guess it's useless to keep a record of all the new people then.

A complaint was made to my office about voter fraud (not the whole Ben/Populist thing).  I am going to hold off certifying the results until I hear more about this (or unless it doesn't materializes)

Does it have any effect on the results, if it is true?

I don't know, I haven't started counting yet.

Apologies

Hello everyone,

I would just like to state a public apology for my lack of activity lately. Sometimes the job of being SoFA can be very demanding, and lately I have been very busy. It's not that I have lost interest in the job, it is the fact that I have been unable to fulfill my duties in a timely fashion. I can understand why those of us who are impatient cannot except this. However, I still enjoy this job, and I would love to continue. But perhaps, I could do it better with some help. If anyone is interested in being Deputy SoFA, I would love to have their help.

Would you please update the party list to show me as Chairman? It's been forever since the leadership election and both this and the Wiki incorrectly state GMantis still leads the SDP.

Done.

And I am going to appoint TCash as Deputy SoFA.

I'm pretty sure Boris changed to JCP a while ago.

Can you find the link?

Never mind, I found it. For the record, it was before my time- back in 2008.

I believe several of those votes are valid, isn't the law one week, not ten days?

It is 10 days. Even says so on the ballot.

Yes, I know it said so in the voting booth, but PiT pointed out something earlier.

The result thus far is no surprise to me, although a few individuals were sort of disappointing.

It looks like one of your votes are invalid, as well. (Specifically: Mint's)
what is wrong with mint's?

Voting booth rules state to be an eligible voter you have to registered on or before the 26th. Mint registered on the 28th.

That's odd. Atlasian law states that you need only have registered at least a week before the scheduled opening of the voting booth. That would allow Mint to vote.

I was under the impression it was 10 days.

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=81046.45

Nobody wiki'd this amendment, but I am certain it passed. I'm looking for the tracker thread to determine that for a fact.

     EDIT: The tracker thread.

Is he wrong?

It's possible. I usually go by what the Wiki says.
