Yeah, liberalization from Stalinism. Putin's Russia is still wayyyyy less authoritarian than Krushchev's
Its a weird list. Lenin was extremely authoritarian. Andropov was less authoritarian than his predessors and some even see him as a potential reformer, that were just in power for too short a periode to make a difference, are you confusing him with Chernenko?
