Sanders: 98% (all issues)
Clinton: 81% (all issues except healthcare and education)
O'Malley: 70% (social, immigration, healthcare, environmental)
Paul: 44% (foreign policy)
Bush: 37% (social, immigration, environmental)
Huckabee: 37% (no major issues)
Christie: 20% (environmental)
Carson: 17% (no major issues)

The rest are in single digits. Notably, my lowest was Rubio, at 1%. We both like national parks. It seems to think that Bush opposes the death penalty.

How are the percentages calculated, I agree with Bernie sanders on one isssue and it says 52% ,

Agreement %: (# of issues you agree on)/(total)
Agreement on issues: agree with candidate X on a majority of subtopics in that issue

So you likely agreed with Sanders a few times on each of the different areas - not enough to say that you agreed with him on that issue, but enough to cumulatively add up to 52%. And everything's weighted when determining that total agreement percentage as well, so if you agree with him on some of those important issues, I think that those are counted more.
