1. Should the death penalty be an option for murder? - Yes.

2. Should flag burning be legal? - Strongly yes.

3. Is feminism a good ideology (and still has more to achieve)? - What kind of feminism?  If it's honestly advocating female equality, then yes.  If it's the warped kind that wants all of the privileges with none of the responsibility, then no.

4. Should the electoral college remain the way it is? - It could use a little revision, in my mind.

5. Should the government provide people who can't work with a liveable income? - Yes.

6. Is health care a right? - Yes.

7. Should public nudity be legal? - No.

8. Were you against the war in Iraq from the very beginning? - Basically, yes.

9. Do you support gay marriage (not talking civil unions)? - Yes.

10. Should corporal punishment in schools be legal? - No.

Also, my wife and I don't use capital punishment at home.

Well, I would hope not; that'd be harsh! Cheesy

I think I know what two of the issues were on which we probably differed (the death penalty and public nudity), but which was the third?  I can't immediately figure out which it would be.

1. Should the death penalty be an option for murder?  Only in cases of absolute rock-solid evidence, and only for the purposes of keeping someone extremely dangerous from the population.  I probably would not administer it as a judge, but I'm okay with it being an option.  I find it disturbing whenever someone gets executed and people cheer that he or she is in hell or whatever.

2. Should flag burning be legal?  Absolutely.  The flag should represent citizens' right to burn it if they so choose.

3. Is feminism a good ideology (and still has more to achieve)?  Overall, yes, although some feminists take it way too far and spill over into the realm of actively discriminating against men.

4. Should the electoral college remain the way it is?  Undecided, leaning no.

5. Should the government provide people who can't work with a liveable income?  Yes.

6. Is health care a right?  Yes.

7. Should public nudity be legal?  In a limited fashion, within designated areas.  Call me discriminatory, but I don't want to be forced to see some 300-pound guy who thinks he's hot stuff walking down the street naked.

8. Were you against the war in Iraq from the very beginning?  Yes.

9. Do you support gay marriage (not talking civil unions)?  Absolutely.

10. Should corporal punishment in schools be legal?  Absolutely not.
