either Gabu or Texasindy (if she still counts..)

Despite the fact that they already live in suburbs...

Note the word Choice and words "American Suburbs". Suburbia is quite a different beast in different places around the world - even though it gets pretty much the same portrayal (probably due to US cultural dominance.)

Under what definition of "suburb" would I not be living in a suburb?

I don't have a house.

Gabu doesn't like strip clubs or alcohol.

And that makes him a prude how?

If that doesn't make him a prude, what does make someone a prude?

prude
–noun
a person who is excessively proper or modest in speech, conduct, dress, etc.

Given that I'm not adverse in any way to profanity and that I normally just go around with a casual top and blue jeans, I don't exactly think I fit the definition of "prude" terribly well.

PS: I see gang symbols often in public bathrooms downtown.  I don't pay them much attention.  I apologize for not living up to your idealization.

End of year bump.

I love this thread just because of the brutal and extreme ownage Gully received.

Roll Eyes

God you are so petty.

As the person towards whom Gully made his incorrect assumptions, I'm going to have to agree with this sentiment.

Having read the thread all the way through, I fail to see how Gully was owned in any significant way.  What makes it funnier is when you look at some of the responses to your own posts here, or indeed in pretty much every other thread that you've ever posted in.

Obviously, being shown to have been incorrect about something and then admitting error is complete and total ownage.

Gully was owned the same way Naso often is when he says something blatantly incorrect and is immediately shot down, such as when he says that the 1968 and 1952 elections are proof America won't vote for an anti-war candidate.

He made an inaccurate statement due to having never seen anything that would have told him otherwise.  I really think you're the only one who cares.  It would be one thing if he did not admit error, but he immediately did... you know, kind of like how rational people operate.
