It kind of sucks that Rick Santorum, Conrad Burns and George Allen will all be re-elected in the 2006 midterms.

2008 is shaping up to be a bloodbath for the Democrats. It would not surprise me if the Republicans gained a fillibuster-proof super majority in the Senate in this TL.

This is one of my favorite timelines on the site at this point! I am looking forward to the Democrats retaking Congress in 2010 in a wave election similar to the one that the Republicans had in RL.

Good Timeline. I like McCain as VP but Allen kind of puts me off. Not sure who I would support in this timeline, Allen or Clinton.
I am not really sure who I would support either. George Allen hasn't been too bad on domestic policy, but his foreign policy has been a bit too hardline for my tastes. On the other hand, Hillary Clinton might not be all that different on foreign policy than Allen.

Hilary lost to a redneck like Allen LOL.

Her campaign wasn't that great, so she probably lost for that reason. I might have even voted for Allen against Clinton in this timeline.

Booker punked Lonegan big time in NJ Governor's race.

I'm going to assume Christie chose not to seek reelection due to backlash against some of his policies.

I think that Jon Corzine was actually re-elected in 2009 against Chris Christie in this timeline.
