The oklahoma legislature is filled with scoundrels, and for the most part, this is a distraction from their dreadful economic legacy of cutting taxes and then, SURPRISE, not being able to fund anything, so they have to take an axe to public education and higher education. and they're going to continue to take an axe to things that matter because they're too brainless to realize why they're in this mess (tax cuts that were supposed to trigger growth, which didn't) and keep trying to balance the budget on one year gimmicks.

they would just try to over-ride the ballot initiative like they're doing for the ballot initiatives that just passed.
