What's hilarious is i actually thought he was a formidable candidate back in 2008. He was extremely personable and would win the who do you want to have a beer with contest easily. Yes he was pretty socially conservative but then he was also a bit of a populist and could win the support of Labor unions and other economic moderates turned off by 8 years of hard right Conservative governance during the Bush years.
I guess since then with the election of the great Black threat, Huckabee like the rest of the Republican party has had to get angrier, fatter and more out of touch with society.
