I like McDonald's food, but if I have a choice, I'd rather go elsewhere.  It's the Wal-Mart of fast food; most of it is just cheap and low-quality compared to other outlets.  I haven't been there in months.

I'm just about to drive to McDonald's for breakfast! Oh boy, am I looking forward to some good old hash browns!
The funny thing is, breakfast is the only thing that I really like going to McDonald's for.  I love their steak, egg, & cheese bagel (and biscuit), in part because it doesn't have pork.  But technically, it's still not kosher.

BRTD, considering that you have some exposure to SDAs, I would think you knew this stuff.  Of course, there are a lot of misconceptions about SDAs and health.  Not all of us are vegetarians (I'm not, FTR), and I don't think we all avoid caffeine either (I don't, but I try to limit my intake to avoid addiction.)
