Don't count on it.  It's still early, and I'm sure he will rebound once the budget impasse is over.  Reagan had similarly low job approval halfway through his first term, and we all know how that turned out.

As for the original question, I doubt it.  He supports term limits, so I imagine he will quit after two terms.
