No (pro-civil rights, i.e. RINO)
Since when are Republicans so that support civil rights RINOs?
Since the conservatives started taking over, especially with the rise of the Tea Party movement, which considers anyone who isn't to the right of Attila the Hun to be a Marxist. Remember how Newt Gingrich contrasted himself as a "Georgia conservative" against the "Massachusetts moderate" Romney? Never mind that it was "Massachusetts moderate" Republicans who fought for civil rights and "Georgia conservative" Democrats who supported slavery and Jim Crow. The GOP is fast turning into Dixiecrat lite, and I will fight tooth and nail to stop that.
