Based on per capita income, it would be something like this.  Since villages in Michigan are under the jurisdiction of townships, I will use the townships where a village fits.

1. Ann Arbor Township (Barton Hills)

2012 President: 65% Obama 35% Romney
2012 Senate: 65% Stabenow 32% Hoekstra
2014 Governor: 49.9% Snyder 49.6% Schauer (Snyder took it by 6 votes)
2014 Senate: 65% Peters 33% Land

2. Bloomfield Hills

2012 President: 67% Romney 33% Obama
2012 Senate: 62% Hoekstra 37% Stabenow
2014 Governor: 80% Snyder 20% Schauer
2014 Senate: 61% Land 37% Peters

3. Grosse Pointe Shores

2012 President: 77% Romney 23% Obama
2012 Senate: 74% Hoekstra 25% Stabenow
2014 Governor: 84% Snyder 15% Schauer
2014 Senate: 72% Land 26% Peters

4. Southfield Township (Franklin)

2012 President: 52% Romney 47% Obama
2012 Senate: 51% Stabenow 47% Hoekstra
2014 Governor: 65% Snyder 34% Schauer
2014 Senate: 53% Peters 45% Land

5. Lake Angelus

2012 President: 84% Romney 15% Obama
2012 Senate: 81% Hoekstra 17% Stabenow
2014 Governor: 93% Snyder 5% Schauer
2014 Senate: 78% Land 18% Peters

West Michigan is very conservative, especially up in Dick DeVos land near Grand Rapids. I'm from Oakland County, which usually goes blue in the Presidential election, though by a slim margin.

... So are those the two wealthiest areas in the state?

Oakland County has Bloomfield Hills, one of the wealthiest places in the nation, but also Pontiac. Not sure how the average shapes up.
Pontiac is pretty poor, as I understand.  Overall, I think Oakland County is one of the wealthiest counties in the country.
