Cruz has the early lead in Abbeville and Laurens Counties.  Possibly religious conservative strength?  That could help him in a Bible Belt state like SC.

Cruz now beating Rubio for second by exactly one vote.


They're scared of being NBC in 2000.
They called it immediately for Trump and Sanders in NH earlier.  Not exactly being cautious, since that was purely exit polls.
