Man paranoid over possible 2nd Obama term kills family than himself

One thing that I keep seeing reoccur that is going largely without discussion is mental illness (like the Colorado shooting - people freaked about guns, but I heard little about mental illness).  Mental illness effects a lot of people, and this kind of thing happens way too frequently - it's a serious issue in society and needs to be addressed, there's a lot of people out there who desperately need help.  It's too bad this guy couldn't manage to get the needed help
