something like this? (note, I have failed to find any actual statistics on companies income, so this formula should be messed with once that data is found.

I agree with the increasing part, but 1% is alot to a huge company, but a smaller one might not. I think my log idea is to lenient on large corps, but I feel like someone shouldn't get only a few hundred dollars in one case and millions in another depending on the size of the corporations.
