David, I've always considered you a good friend on the Forum and I'm absolutely gutted to hear of this. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm sure the medics will do everything they can for you and I prayer that  radiosurgery is an option for you and that it is successful

I'm absolutely devastated that your prognosis hasn't improved since we last spoke. I pray that you will continue to be able to live your life to the fullest with your family in Iowa

I extend to you my thanks and love for the friendship you have given me and my respect for the courage you have shown

Keep fighting the wretched disease as best you can. I agree with Jeff, you should check out as many options as you possibly can because any chance, however slight, is better than no chance at all
