Due to being
more focused on real-life stuff for a while, I'm no longer gonna be able to do the duties of the Speaker of the Pacific Council. After thinking about it for a little while, I've decided that I'm going to appoint Xahar as the Speaker, at least temporarily. I know he might not want it since he recently resigned, but since he's the only one with experience I'll give it to him for now. If he wants it long-term he can have it, if not he can find someone else to fill the position. FTR, I'm not resigning from the council, since I'm not
