The first primaries are the most important. If a campaign is on life support, and they don't win, they'll likely be pressured out. Fundraisers would rather go with the options that have more "momentum." Voters would rather vote for those who are winners. And of course, the Republican nominee will need the support of enough of the conservative grassroots base.

So, who of the above could win at least two of the first three primaries (in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina)?
