Somebody doesn't like how things are going in Iowa.

He said there's a Washington cartel "gravy train" holding sway over the politicians of Iowa because of the corn subsidies, calls them crony capitalists, and how he's a real conservative, unlike those establishment Iowa politicians who run the state.

Making it into a funny, memorable title is a much better summary that typing all that out. It's why I posted the article link.

Uh, how is the Governor of Iowa a member of a Washington Cartel again?

The entire thing was provoked by Terry Brandstad vowing to defeat Cruz.
