It's definitely a cleverer strategy than some they have tried in the past few elections.

Republicans don't pay for astroturf like the Democrats do. We don't have SEIU or Soros money to waste.

But Republican delegates sure had "money to waste" buying male prostitutes outside of their convention last week.
