It seems odd how little geographic variation the Republican race has from CD to CD within a given state.

Someone already commented on that for Iowa, but look at Oklahoma.  Cruz wins the state with 34%, and manages to get between 30 and 38% of the vote in all five districts.  A surprisingly large number of districts across the country in which no candidate breaks 40%.


I would assume OK is a bit of an outlier, but the Republican vote all over is generally more homogenous than the Dem vote.
