Ok, here it is.  There are millions of American ex-patriots who are voting in droves this year, in greater numbers by far than ever before; and they are overwhemingly voting for Kerry.  I mean overwhelmingly, like really overwhelmingly, in a huge percentage that could possibly make the diffference in some states and swing the election to Kerry the Ketchup King.

Just a random theory blowing in the wind.  Is this a drop in the bucket or a rogue wave that sweeps all before it?

Dream on, the state most influenced by absentee ballots is FL, and they are heavily comprosed of two groups, military and Jews in Israel.  Those two are not generally Kerry supporters.

My sources tell me that they're completely unreliable, so I guess that clears that up.

ex-patriates.  Hence the abbreviation ex-pat.  They are ex patriâ, out of their native land.

I've found on the whole that most ex-patriates (including myself) tend to be a bit more patriotic while overseas and after they come back.  It's easy to get a bit complacent about the things we take for granted here...

There's a reason that the Pentagon was not fulfilling their obligation of making ballots available for overseas voters.

Would you care to show some proof of that jFRAUD.  I would point out that the Pentagon has no such obligation to civilian voters; the State Department may, but not the Pentagon.

A candidate that make allegedly missing explosives his primary issue this close to election day is desperate.  And why the hunting trip in Ohio?  Is he still trying to define himself?  Just some thought to ponder.

The Pentagon does not have that "obligation."  They are blocking web site acess due to hackers.  As the article notes, there were ways to get absentee ballots without going to a website.

I'm much rather have the county protected from cyberterrorists and have a foriegn voter get their application through the traditional ways, the mail or the embassy.

Why do constantly run down the military?

I criticize the Pentagon. I leave criticism of the troops to Guilani.

Overseas votes are going to be up, and not going to be less Republican than they used to be.
Civilian overseas votes are going to be even more Democratic than they used to be, but are not going to be more.
Just my guess.

When you do, you are running down the military.  It sounds like something a Navy officer did about 33 years ago.
