The usual ambiguity of "freedom fighter"...

Disagree.  Unlike Eamon de Valera or Kemal Mustafa, whom I both put in the "both" category in terms of FF v. HP, what Qaddafi was doing in 1969 wasn't freedom fighting at all.  Certainly, nothing he's done since then has been.

No, I meant freedom fighters could be those who fought against freedom, like fire fighters etc...

To put it better, Gaddafi is a full asshole who should DIAF. I guess we agree.
