It looks like she already had some plastic surgery (she looks like Snooki now whereas she wasn't bad looking before), so this would be the natural next step...

More evidence that Palin is unlikely to run or if she does, drop out quickly. Having a kid with a reality show seems like a terrible campaign strategy if it were intentional.

You're assuming Palin has the slightest grasp of how to run a campaign, or that if she ran a campaign, the actual objective would be to get her elected president as opposed to making her rich and famous.
