Those are two very different things. He'll never release the Osama photos. He may run an ad mentioning Osama's death though.

That would be a little corny, wouldn't it? OBL would have been dead for a year and a half by the fall of 2012, everyone would see it as a naked attempt at exploiting the issue for a bump in the polls. It wouldn't work either.

edit: as for an ad, of course it will get attention, but if the economy is terrible it won't matter very much.
