Hmm,

I think Mitt's strategy should be to have a decent showing in Iowa, focus heavily on New Hampshire and win big there, and then focus entirely on Florida. I'm just wondering how much it would dampen Gingrich's momentum if he lost Iowa.

Has ARG polled Iowa before?  The poll may suck, but even suck outfits provide useful information as to how their own numbers change over time, even if the absolute numbers are fantasy.
