The thing I hate about the Patriots is they're actually a pretty boring team to watch. Bend but don't break defense, and an offense with no big plays but constant methodical drives.

Their 31st ranked defense has gone from sh**tty to sh**ttier over this offseason.

And, yet, they'll probably cheat their way to the Super Bowl.

The entire NFC East is a rivalry gold mine. Recently I'd agree that Eagles-Giants is the best, but Dallas will forever hold a special spot in our bowels. Ravens-Steelers is great too, and then there are all those other lesser sports...

I think the best rivalries in the NFC East are Philadelphia/Dallas and Washington/Dallas.  Don't ever underestimate the intensity of the Redskins/Cowboys rivalry.  Just because both teams have been largely mediocre for the better part of the past decade or more, when these teams get together throw all records and statistics out the window.

Meh. Four NFL rivalries in the poll yet no mention of the longest one with the most games played. Bears v Packers. First meeting 1921, 184 games played, first NFL game that had players ejected for fighting (1924).

Yanks/Sox

I would also say Giants/Cowbtiches is a bigger rivalry than Giants/Eagles.  The entire NFC East is one great big rivalry, but the hatred is more intense with Dallas than Philly.

Ha, I was just thinking how former Eagles Quarterback Randall Cunningham was the best player on Dallas' team.

Smash, the Cowboys/Dwarfs are probably the biggest rivalry in the NFC East, but the Cowboys/Redskinned is not far behind.

The Patriots aren't even from Boston (a fine city even if it is in Goddamn Eastern Mass), they're from this godawful suburb in Norfolk County.

Dallas--every other team in the NFL that I'm aware of is one of the greatest.

Yankees suck.

The ump screwed the pooch at first too.  He's got to see the damn ball, not just take the catcher's word for it.

I'm usually a huge fan of Boston-based sports teams, but I can't stand the Patriots. I hate them with all of my heart and soul.

Patriots are jerk ass cheaters.

There isn't a Colts/Patriots rivalry without Peyton Manning.
