I can see it now.

Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States

Mitt Romney.

President Mitt Romney, hand in hand with First Lady Ann Romney, enters the stadium to "Hail to the Chief" played by a military band.  The President and First Lady smile broadly as they wave to the huge crowd.

The thousands in attendance are on their feet cheering, some are crying, overcome with emotion.

President Romney takes the podium to address the crowd and the nation.

My fellow Americans, I am pleased to announce today, one year after taking office, we have cut unemployment in half, and are on schedule to eliminate unemployment altogether one year from now.

President Mitt Romney, sounds historic, sounds like it was meant to be, sounds magical.

Since when is "Willard" "white sounding."

With the sole exception of Will Smith, Willard is one of the Waspiest names I'm aware of that wasn't made up in the nineties and doesn't end with a Y.

I have yet to meet one white person named Willard.

E. L. James's sophomore slump was entirely expected.

That was beautiful, Winfield.

*Says "President Romney" out loud*

Yep, I could get used to that pretty quickly.

Hearing 'President Romney' or President Obama doesn't bother me at all, I just get a kick out of how hyperbolic this thread became. I bet if Romney's first name was 'Will' or Obama's first name is 'Barry', there wouldn't be such an issue.

Imagine Romney giving an Oval Office address and tell me that doesn't send a shudder down your spine.

I LOL'ed at the thought.

I didn't mean the name bros.  I meant the weirdo tied to the name.

Revolting to say the least. The man not only does not have the experience, he more importantly does not have the understanding to be President. And let's not even get into integrity. I liked the man in the primaries but watching him debate Obama, it's just shameful to have such a disgrace up there offering to represent America. The GOP should be ashamed.
