Sure, there are other countries that constitutionally ban gay marriage (such as Poland and Bolivia). However, those countries don't necessarily portray themselves as beacons of individual liberty.
But even Bolivia's current constitution prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity (I guess except for the right to get married, eh? Seems inconsistent.).
However, basically everything under the sun - laws, declarations of ideals, what have you - is part of the Bolivian constitution, so the inclusion of something there isn't nearly as permanent as it would be were it in the U.S. constitution.
