     Exactly three years ago, my predecessor also forgot to open a voting booth. The difference is that back then, nobody noticed. I guess it's progress.

Dereich has been an active Atlasian so far, this seems like an odd exception. As long as one single person is responsible for administering an election things like these can always happen, regardless of the number of regions and their competitiveness.
