Oh, my god. This is one of the dumbest things I've ever read. Besides the extremely dubious comparisons (Amy Winehouse as Janis Joplin? Obama as JFK?! You could've made that latter one's argument to me in 2008... not now), there's not citation of trends or facts or anything, just vague assumptions and statements.

This article screams naïvety. And that's not even mentioning the fact that it breaks the rules of respectable journalism, and declares more than it does inform or report.
