Just makes this going to the supreme court even more likely. And, how out of touch with reality do you have to be to think a 3 hour drive is accessible. Not the end, not by a long shot.

Not a surprise. The 5th Circuit is easily the most conservative of the appeals courts. Just means it'll go to SCOTUS.
