However such parts have been overturned, and the part that remains law today is not only good but quite vital. It shields website owners from prosecution or liability from things posted on their websites that they are not directly responsible for. Imagine the Internet today if trolls could get website owners sued for libel or even arrested.
So as unintentional as it was, in hindsight it ended up being a Freedom Law.
