Sinema is one of the Democrats most in need of a primary challenge.

Sinema might not be the most Liberal, but she'll hold the seat, and that's what matters. She's easy on the eyes, too.

What's she bad on? I don't know too much about her but a quick perusal of wikipedia finds her to be strong on privacy, pro-ACA, anti-Israeli occupation, pro-higher taxes for wealthy, against spending cuts, strongly pro-choice, and for gun control. Is she bad on labor? In a tough district like that, she seems totally fine.

she's been a huge disappointment, I'm not sure how someone can go from a Naderite progressive to a blue dog, her voting record looks like John Barrow, it's awful

Democrats would be stupid to primary her in a swing district, and luckily for you guys, the Democrats have enough discipline not to.

Idiocy. Your beloved "progressive" will lose to any competent Republican is this swingy district. It's not a South Bronx or San Francisco.

Case in point: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_House_of_Representatives_elections_in_Florida,_2010#District_8.2A

I'm sure it was Grayson's fault for being defeated in the biggest landslide for any incumbent, because he wasn't progressive enough.

Primary Colors disagrees. Ed Pastor is the one according to their algorithms that needs to go.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Sinema is staying moderate, not out of personal conviction, but due to sheer realpolitik.

Not surprising, since Republicans don't win Obama districts in Arizona. Look at the legislature; there isn't a single Republican holding a seat that Obama carried.

^^^

And it's not like her voting record actually matters all that much when she's in a chamber controlled by the GOP
