Same election as last time, only this time the VPs are different, bimetallism is a dead issue, and Bryan is slightly less imperialistic than McKinley. Sorry, leftists, but you will have to wait until Debs makes a respectable showing in 1904 to vote for him.

Despite his many flaws...Bryan easily in 1900 over the imperialist warmongering murderous pig McKinley.

McKinley.  Though I'm not a fan of imperialism, he was still a great man.

Most likely anti-McKinley votes from those who would otherwise go for the big right-wing candidate.

William Jennings Bryan, though less enthusiastic to vote for him than in 1896.

So what's the formula you use for the results, again?

Republicans 1896 and after are multiplied by 1.6. Democrats are a bit harder to determine given the ideological diversity and presence of leftist third parties during this period, but for these elections I have used 1/2 as the multiplier for Bryan. More conservative Democrats who faced substantive third party challengers had a multiplier of 5, but Parker seems to be beating that considerably.
