Nuclear Iran. A war with Iran would be even more of a disaster than the Iraq War was.

The interesting thing is that Iran would be pretty hard to defeat in a war, I mean we could knock out there nuclear sites but we couldn't launch a land invasion

What do you mean by "War with Iran?"  A surgical strike on nuclear sites does not equate to a full scale war, right?  Israel attacked Syria's nuclear reactor and Iraq's nuclear reactor, and we're all glad they did.  Does that qualify as a war?

Nuclear Iran, although I'm sure a nuclear Iran would lead to some kind of limited war because Isreeel would be 'threatened'
