I don't really think internationalism is the opposite of non-interventionism. Sanders, for example, is fairly internationalist, but is economically fairly protectionist, and quite dovish. But generally going from farthest "right" to farthest "left" on foreign policy, it's probably something like:

Graham
Gilmore
Pataki
Bush
Christie
---All other Republicans who aren't Paul---
Clinton
O'Malley
Sanders

I didn't include Paul, since his views are a huge mishmash of right-wing and left-wing views that are fairly sui generis as a whole.

I know that but I mean most eager to use sanctions/go to war from left to right if you feel me.

Good point because traditional Conservatives/Old Right were isolationist and internationalist was the leftist position (generalizing).

Lets just forget that was ever said and rank it from most likely to go to war and less likely. Cause Obama has been just as internationalist/hawkish as Bush.

You need a 2D ranking on foreign policy, breaking things down by the Hamiltonion, Jacksonian, Jeffersonian, and Wilsonian schools:

http://theamericanscene.com/2007/06/29/the-millman-chart

E.g., Cruz and Graham are both pretty hawkish, but Cruz is more Jacksonian while Graham is more Wilsonian.

Interventionist:
Graham
Rubio
Clinton
Jindal
Fiorina
Bush
Huckabee
Santorum
Christie
Kasich
O'Malley
Carson
Trump
Cruz

Sanders

Paul
Non-interventionist:

Good list but Cruz is far more hawkish than Trump. This is a guy who wants to have war with Putin and runs around calling Putin a KGB thug.
