Burr was never going to outperform the Republican nominee by a ludicrous margin. But he should overperform by at least a few points, which should be enough. On the other hand, I'd guess McCrory will underperform by a few points.

Burr is actually pretty solid on the immigration issue.

(im guessing what you mean by a know nothing)
